Description: This is a simple but beautiful potato dish made in cast iron that can be ready in one hour and thirty minutes from start to finish. Some who have seen my posts of this dish have also nicknamed it the ‘Potato Flower’. My roasted spiral potatoes and bacon in cast iron dish will work in any size skillet, and the sky is the limit as to how you can season and garnish it.
